I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything, but my mom is getting close to her due date (9/20) and I know my baby brother Baz will be here soon! Today marks the first date guessed in the Fantasy Baby Biery #2 game - there is still time but it doesn't look like September 10 is going to be the winning date. Look below for all the guesses in the game, and remember - it's the best out of all five categories (with the time of birth as a tie-breaker). So even if you guessed girl or your date has passed you still have a shot!

My mom and dad have been telling me about the crazy snow storm that's happening right now back in Portland - and today my friend Logan Baranick sent me a picture of him and his parents all bundled up outside. Crazy! Stay warm buddy, this is what we were doing!
Well...my fun Florida vacation took a turn for the worse today. I have been feeling kind of like a sicky-boy, and today everyone got so worried about me that my mom and GramJan took me to the Emergency Room! I thought it was kind of fun, they gave me a Beanie Baby and let me play with all sorts of cool stuff. They even gave me a popsicle at the end! Bad news is that I have the flu and my first ear infection. Bummer. Lets hope I get better soon!
I've been in Florida for almost 48 hours and I am loving it! My mom, dad, Papa and GramJan and I decided to leave snowy Portland four days early, to make sure we were able to get down to Florida for Christmas and New Years. You didn't hear me complain. I get to play with my cousins Grace and Anna for four extra days and swim every day if I want to!
Last night my mom and dad gave me some yummy applesauce! I coudn't really figure out how to get it onto my spoon, so I just decided to eat it with my bare hands!
Today my parents took me to see this guy named Santa Claus. It took me a while to realize how important and special he was! After this photo he and I had a good chat -- and I got to eat my first candy cane!

Yesterday I took my friend Mia for a ride in my new wagon! We're not old enough to really go on a date, so our parents had to come along. The more the merrier! After we got nice and dirty at the park, we went home for a cozy warm bath!
I know, I know...it's been a long time since I've updated my blog. What can I say, a lot has been going on! Football season started, and I went to a couple of really fun football games down at Autzen Stadium. I also went all the way to Annapolis, Maryland to visit my mom's friends Anne and Scott and meet their son, my new BFF Hastings...and then Mom, GramJan and I flew to New York to see my Uncle Chris and Aunt Krissy.
When we got back, it was time for my first birthday! I had two parties, a pirate-themed party with all my close friends and family and a halloween-themed joint birthday party with my playdate friend Tom. We have the same birthday - cool, huh?!
I took my first few steps two weeks ago, and I've been practicing and practicing ever since! GramJan took some cell phone video of me today showing off my new skill! Look at me go!
